This is an independently run tool with no support desk and no sales team. The fastest way to get something fixed is to describe it precisely, using the guidance below.

Before you write: this is a free tool maintained in spare time. Replies are not guaranteed and there is no service-level commitment. Reports that include a source are acted on fastest.

Reporting a cipher error

Cipher tables are the part most worth getting right. If you think a value is wrong, it helps enormously if you include:

the cipher name exactly as it appears on the site;
the letter or letters you believe are mis-valued;
the value you expect, and the published source you are working from.

Sourced corrections are acted on quickly. Corrections without a source are harder to act on, because several of these ciphers have competing published versions.

Suggesting a word or phrase

The matching-words list is a curated set rather than a full dictionary, so it will not contain everything. If a word or phrase you use often is missing, send it along and it can be added.

Questions the site already answers

Before writing, it may be quicker to check the FAQ, the cipher guide, or the step-by-step explanation of how gematria is calculated.

What cannot be answered

Requests for personal readings, interpretations of a particular number, or predictions cannot be answered. The tool performs arithmetic; it does not interpret results. See the disclaimer.
